2-Storey Multi-residential Development in Innaloo
Our team's project for the eight apartments in Innaloo, was another schematic design and DA documentation project CADDS Consulting worked on with our property investment consultant client. The aim was to maximise lettable area and natural light into the units with many courtyards and garden spaces on the rectangular 911m2 R40 site.
As always, working closely with the investment company we developed DA documentation for 8 2x2 apartments, all with separate laundries and sizable outdoor living areas.
The modern aesthetic style has a strong street elevation and uses lightweight construction on the first floor for build efficiency over the parking spaces underneath. The open gardens and private courtyards are peppered throughout the project to soften privacy.
