CADDS Consulting's architectural team won a tender to complete the design development for the new Koondoola Community Centre in 2013.
Working closely with the City of Wanneroo’s architect Mike Movaffaghi, we provided architectural design development drafting services to the City’s tight timeframe. We also worked mindfully through compliance with our internal teams as the preliminary certifier, to ensure any potential BCA compliance issues were identified and designed solutions reached. This proactive project management safeguarded against delays at certification.
This carefully considered and elegant design included many non-standard details and construction methodologies, and we were delighted to have been involved in the documentation.
