UGV Jacking System

The remote controlled UGV Jacking Dozer Rover removes the need for site operators to work under a hydraulically suspended load to place jack stands.

The remote controlled UGV jacking dozer is battery powered and is equipped with a 50 Tonnes electric geared motor which is driven into position using the four individual electric wheel stepper motors. The dozer is also equipped with air suspension system which settle down as the jack is lifted.

The remote controlled UGV Jacking Dozer also comes with an extension lifting pole which is fitted with a wide angle camera to help with positioning. The extension lifting pole has its own compact trailer that attaches to the rear of the UGV dozer.
