Village Expansion Masterplan
CADDS Group was engaged by RTIO to provide masterplanning and visualisation services for a proposed upgrade and expansion at Jerriwah Village.
The project included 85 x new rooms, a new LV car park, an 8-bay bus pull-up, a new locker room and shower block, an extension to the existing gym, a new pool, new admin offices and meeting rooms, and an addition to the outdoor mess.
CADDS’ masterplan drawings were used for the basis of IFT documentation to tender out several components of the expansion under Design and Construct contracts. CADDS worked with Design and Construct contractors on the completion of the project including providing on-site support.
